Please note that Basic tier Torch & Laurel members receive a digital certificate only, unless a printed version is purchased through the online store. If you have not received a copy of your digital certificate, please contact our Member Success team at info@torchandlaurel.org and we will reissue your certificate.
Printed membership certificates can take 4-6 weeks to arrive. If it has been longer than 6 weeks, please contact the Member Success team at info@torchandlaurel.org with your order number and membership tier. We will then look into the issue and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.
