As a new member to NSCS, you will receive a welcome package based on your membership tier (Regular, Premium, or Premium Plus). You will receive an email about 2 weeks after you join where you must confirm your shipping address for the welcome package. Once you confirm your address, your welcome package will ship out 7-10 days later. If you live outside the US and would like to receive a welcome package, you will need to email the Member Success team at nscs@nscs.org to make special arrangements to pay the extra cost for shipping internationally.
If you do not confirm your shipping address, a welcome package will not be sent. You can always contact us at a later date to make arrangements to get your welcome package.
