Are there any restrictions for international students on joining or on getting scholarships?
All students are welcome regardless of citizenship. If you are a non-US citizen, regardless of where you are from, and you meet the eligibility requirements, you are welcome to join NSCS. You would also be eligible for all NSCS scholarships.
