Can I join NSCS and Torch & Laurel at the same time?

The National Society of Collegiate Scholars (NSCS) and Torch & Laurel support different needs and students. NSCS is for first- and second-year college students and Torch & Laurel is for students in high school. In order to join NSCS, you must be enrolled full-time in an undergraduate degree program.
