How do I apply for scholarships for Torch & Laurel?

Once you become a member, you can visit the NSCS AwardSpring scholarship portal at https://nscs.awardspring.com to register for access to apply for scholarships. 

You must register as a new user to access this portal. Membership will be verified before any scholarships are awarded.
